Real Madrid expects to complete the deal with Karim Benzema at the end of 2016/17 season. If the deal finished successfully, the French international could be at Real Madrid until he is 34-year-old. Benzema signed the Los Blancos in 2009 and was offered an extension in 2014 as well. He currently gets 8 million euros per season.
According to the report, Benzema’s recent agreement expires in 2019 and Real Madrid is looking to continue it as soon as possible. Seemingly, the Spanish giants will offer Benzema a two-year extension with a good pay. However, the report does not specify the details of the salary.
The French international has been liked with Chelsea in the previous. The Blues will look to advance on strike out Diego Costa by signing Karim Benzema. On the other side, Arsenal have also interest in the Real Madrid striker, and are hoped to go back for Benzema in last January. However, Benzema registered to stay and is currently the team’s eight highest scorers of all time.
Karim Benzema has netted 12 goals this season so far, and throughout his whole Los Blancos career, he has netted 173 goals across 344 appearances. Benzema was linked with a move away as well. It looks that Real Madrid still rate the striker in spite the criticism from supporters and press. Benzema has caused a lot of criticism in the 2016/17 season due to his poor form.

On the other hand, Alvaro Morata will seek a move a way from the team at the end of the season. His agent trying to seek out interest from English Premier League teams Chelsea, Manchester United, and Arsenal to replacement their stars in this summer. However, Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has denied the rumors that Morata will be leaving the team, saying he commited to work hard at Real Madrid.
Morata joined Real Madrid from Juventus with a 30 million euros following two highly-seuccesfully seasons at Italian Serie A tournament. He has currently made 30 appereances and netted 11 goals in tournaments but has begun just two times in Spanish La Liga since November 2016.
