Jadon Sancho cannot hide his joy after returning to Borussia Dortmund. The English player has the ambition to take Die Schwarzgelben to go far in the 2023-2024 Champions League.
As is known, Sancho was loaned by Manchester United to Borussia Dortmund until the end of the 2023-2024 season. In fact, he is not a new face at the club.
Sancho had a good record with the German team before he was finally brought in by Man United in July 2021. At that time, the Red Devils paid him a fantastic dowry of 73 million pounds. Bought at a high price, but unfortunately Sancho’s performance was sluggish.
The Jamaican player has recorded just 12 goals and six assists from 82 appearances in all competitions with the Red Devils. Even this season, Erik Ten Hag has only played three matches. The two figures argued until finally the player was eliminated.
Now, Sancho can’t wait to start again with Dortmund. According to him, adaptation will not be difficult. He even immediately had the ambition to score lots of goals and assists.

“I can’t wait to play football with a smile on my face, get assists, score goals and help the club qualify for the Champions League,” said the 23-year-old.
Sancho admitted that he was very happy to return to Borussia Dortmund. The former Man City player said everyone there gave their full support. Leaving Man United temporarily felt like the right decision.
“Dortmund is like home to me. This is where my career as a professional footballer began. That’s always been my dream. “I’m happy to be back here again,” said Sancho.
“It depends on how I am received by the fans here. Then discussions with Edin Terzic, Sebastian Kehl, Hans-Joachim Watzke, Marco Reus and other players. “All of this ensures that this is the right decision,” he said.
