Manchester United coach, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, is so confident in the progress of his young players, namely Marcus Rashford. Believed to have a bright future, Solskjaer has no doubt that Rashford could become a legend at Manchester United.
This belief arose not only because of the brilliant talent of Marcus Rashford in the world of football. However, Solskjaer thinks there are many other positive things that the England striker has that can lead him to make a brilliant career.
Rashford himself is now known to be on a good path to carve a sweet record in his football career. This season, he has scored 12 goals in 22 games in all competitions.
His record is much better than last season, where Rashford only recorded 22 goals in 44 games in various competitions. Solskjaer also believes that Rashford’s goal collection will continue to grow because there are still many games to be played in the future.
One of them is against Leeds United in Week 14 of the English League 2020-2021. The match will be held at Old Trafford Stadium on Sunday (12/20/2020).
Rashford will face the match in positive conditions because he managed to score two goals in the previous match, namely against Sheffield United. If this positive condition continues, Solskjaer has no doubt that Rashford will become a legend at Man United.
“We have seen the real Marcus Rashford since he was a child and when he is facing his youth at this time. You are always influenced and your character is shaped through your family, the environment in which you work and where you grow,” Solskjaer said, as quoted by Goal, Sunday (20/12/2020).
“And you see Marcus really cares about people who are going through hard times. He knows what they are going through. What he has done is extraordinary, “he continued.
“Marcus is talented enough and excited enough to become a legend at this club. I have to say the statistics have already shown its contribution. In and around the locker room too. I am very happy with his contribution and he knows what Man United is. He has DNA, “said Solskjaer.
