Atletico Madrid returned to third place in the Spanish La Liga standings after their 1-0 win over Levante on Week 31 at the Camilo Cano Stadium on Wednesday (6/24).
The visitors had given a threat to the host’s goal when the match had not even walked one minute through Diego Costa.

In other matches, Real Valladolid and Getafe drew 1-1. Getafe took the lead thanks to Jaime Mata’s goal in the 41st minute which was then equalized by Enes Unal from the penalty spot four minutes later.
