At the end of the November of 2015, Stanford’s soccer team advances to the elite eight after defeating the Ohio state with the difference of 3-1. Jordan Morris who is national striker of United States of America scored two second half goals to advance their team to Final Eight. The first half of the game went scoreless. Both team had couple of chances to attack the goal post but unfortunately both were unsuccessful to score even one goal at the first half. Jordan Morris shined at the second half scoring two goals to uplift their team.
Morris Shines
The fundamental came out solid after first half not scoring even a one goal at that moment. Jordan Morris scored the fantastic 1st goal in the 53rd minute and he added his second goal in 88th minute to advance his teams to Elite Eight. This week they have opportunity to reach the College cup since 2002. After celebration of two astonishing goals the Corey Baird added 3rd goal for his Stanford team in 88th minute. Jordan Morris helped his team to broke 1-1 goal between Stanford and Ohio State to lead with one by scoring 2nd stunning goal in 78th minute curling the ball by outside foot to reach left corner of the goal post. Stanford’s Coach Jeremy Gunn added that we saw an outstanding game here tonight and we expect him more to see these things in future. Miracle Moment
Many of the teammates of the Jordan Morris and his coach find it miracle after watching his outstanding goal against Ohio State. Stanford’s soccer team’s forward Eric Verso added that he never seen the goal like that before praising his team mate. He is expected to jump to the more professional soccer ranks after this season. This created him more opportunity and platform to move forward towards the soccer elite level. Everybody were expecting much from him to see that special kind of goal in the game time as he is already in the United States national soccer team. He has been recognized already there in the national soccer team in America.
Advancing Stanford’s Soccer Team
As the Stanford’s soccer team has already advanced to the Elite’s Eight. They are moving forward to upcoming challenges. This weekend they are travelling to the top seeded Wake forest to reach the College Cup since after the 2002. Moving to Elite Eight in NCAA’s Men soccer tournament is being good news for them now in the present moment.
