Suarez Hattrick, Barcelona Defeat Real Madrid 5-1

Barcelona beat Real Madrid with a landslide score of 5-1 in El Clasico match of Spanish League at Camp Nou on Sunday (28/10). Luis Suarez became a star with a hattrick he scored.

Barcelona performed better than Real Madrid in the first 45 minutes of this El Clasico match. The Blaugrana had opened the scoring in the 11th minute through Philippe Coutinho. This goal starts from the impressive action of Jordi Alba on the right side of the Real Madrid defense. After making a breakthrough, Alba sent a cross in front of goal. Coutinho was in the right position without the trouble of putting the ball into the goal.

Barcelona then doubled the advantage to 2-0 in the 30th minute. Luis Suarez was able to score a goal through a penalty. The ball slid into the right corner without being blocked by Thibaut Courtois who had moved in the right direction.

Downed by two goals, Real Madrid tried hard to suppress since the start of the second half. Los Blanco’s efforts found results in the 50th minute. Marcelo who helped advance the success attack reduced the score to 2-1. Marcelo got a wild ball on the face of the goal and the right-footed shot from close range which he released managed to shake Barcelona’s goal.

In the first 15 minutes of the second half, Real Madrid more often confined Barcelona’s defense. Los Blancos is able to maintain the momentum of the attack well.

Barcelona then try again pressing Real Madrid’s defense. In the 61st minute, Luis Suarez posed a serious threat when the volley he released only hit the post. The game then went back open and both teams took turns attacking each other. Barcelona finally returned in the wind after Suarez scored his second goal in the 75th minute.

Suarez showed a high scoring instinct in this goal process. A pass from close range which was released by Sergi Roberto, could be headed by Luis Suarez to the left corner of the goal. Sergi Roberto and Luis Suarez’s collaboration returned to fruition in the 83rd minute. Sergio Ramos’s mistake when mastering the ball made Sergi Roberto successfully take it. Sergi Roberto then sent a breakthrough pass to Suarez. Facing one on one with Courtois, Suarez unleashes a prone kick that sends the ball into the goal.

The end of the match really became a nightmare for Real Madrid because Barcelona managed to score the fifth goal in the 87th minute. Ousmane Dembele’s cross was successfully headed by Arturo Vidal who stood free in front of Real Madrid’s goal.
