The following 15 Teams Will Compete at MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019

The main qualifying round for MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019 for each region is over. A total of 15 teams managed to secure their place in the fourth major title. All teams will struggle to get the fourth major title along with DPC points, considering there are only 8 tickets left to get direct invite to The International 2019.

1. European Region

Team Secret, Team Liquid & OG

From the European region, Team Secret and Team Liquid are still too strong for others. This was evidenced by the ease of Team Secret and Team Liquid to take place at MDL at the Disneyland Paris Major 2019.

Interestingly, this time OG successfully made a major breakthrough. The return of Anathan “Ana” Pham made OG begin to show good performance.

Strong teams like the Alliance and Ninja in Pajamas must be killed and fight in the 2019 OGA Dota PIT Minor if they want to take part in the MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019.

2. CIS Region

Virtus.pro & Team Empire

Virtus.pro is still a consistent team to follow the major title of Valve.

Uniquely, from this region there is always a new team that follows the major. At the Kuala Lumpur Major 2018, Gambit Esports is the CIS representative, in Chongqing Major 2019 it is The Pango’s turn to get the chance to appear at the major.

At The Stockholm Major 2019, it was Na’Vi’s turn to get the chance, and at MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019, Team Empire made its debut at the major.

3. Latin American Region

PaiN Gaming & Chaos Esports Club

Surprisingly, the team registered under the name Butterfly Effec became the first team from regional SA to qualify for the MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019.

Uniquely, after the team qualified, the Butterfly Effec roster was immediately acquired by the Brazilian esports organization, namely paiN gaming, the esports team that made disband before in the Dota 2 division.

And for the second team to get the remaining tickets to MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019 is Chaos Esports Club, which has always been appear on the major event.

4. Southeast Asian Region

Fnatic & Mineski

The Southeast Asia region is still controlled by King of Sea, namely Fnatic who became the first team to qualify for the MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019.

The second team to qualify is Mineski. After TNC Predators appeared in two major events (Kuala Lumpur Major and Chongqing Major), Mineski has also succeeded in appearing on the major event.

Mineski made his major debut on The Stockholm Major 2019 and has now managed to re-enter the major again, namely MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019.

5. China Region

Keen Gaming, PSG.LGD & Vici Gaming

Teams from the Chinese region are now starting to show their fangs after starting to dim in the first two major titles.

Keen Gaming became the first team to qualify for the MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019 after beating Vici Gaming 2-0.

PSG. LGD followed Keen Gaming by beating Newbee 2-0. One remaining ticket was secured by StarLadder ImbaTV champion Dota 2 Minor and The Stockholm Major 2019, namely Vici Gaming.

6. North American Region

Evil Geniuses, compLexity Gaming & TEAM TEAM

Evil Geniuses became the first team to get a ticket to MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019.

Uniquely, compLexity Gaming and TEAM TEAM succeeded in undermining the dominance of J.Storm and Forward Gaming and successfully making their debut on the major event.

Jacky’s decision “EternalEnvy” Mao to leave Flying Penguins and join TEAM TEAM seems right, with this EternalEnvy made it to the major for the first time!

MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019 will take place on 4-12 May 2019 with a prize of US $ 1,000,000 and 15,000 DPC points.

Like the previous Valve official match that one remaining slot will be won by the team that won the minor title. OGA Dota PIT Minor will be the last opportunity for teams who want to qualify for MDL Disneyland Paris Major 2019.
