Kane is needed to maximize the role of Marcus Rashford, who is actually a winger. However, Manchester United still has not made an official offer until now.

However, the additional fee of 20 million Pounds is said to only apply if Tottenham sells it to a Premier League team. If they sell him to a team outside England, then Kane can be sold for 80 million Pounds.
