Will Francis Ngannou Completely Retire from MMA If He Transitions to Professional Boxing?

Francis Ngannou, the Cameroonian-born mixed martial artist, has become a formidable force in the world of MMA.

With his spectacular knockout power and undeniable talent, Ngannou has risen through the ranks of the UFC to establish himself as one of the most feared heavyweights in the sport.

However, as whispers of a potential transition to professional boxing begin to circulate, the question arises: will Ngannou swap the octagon for the ring?

Bursting onto the scene in 2015, Ngannou quickly made a name for himself with his ferocious knockout power and intimidating presence.

With incredible athleticism and natural talent, he climbed the ranks of the UFC heavyweight division, leaving a trail of defeated opponents in his wake.

Ngannou boasts a remarkable record, with the majority of his wins coming by way of knockout. His devastating power and precision have propelled him to victories over formidable opponents like Junior dos Santos, Curtis Blaydes, and Alistair Overeem.

His ability to end fights in spectacular fashion has earned him a reputation as one of the most dangerous strikers in the sport. His raw strength and lightning-fast strikes make him a force to be reckoned with in the octagon.

In recent interviews, Ngannou has expressed a growing interest in professional boxing. While he has achieved great success in MMA, the allure of stepping into the squared circle seems to be captivating his attention.

The “Predator” Ngannaou shocked world heavyweight WBC champion Tyson Fury and the rest of the world with an incredible performance in his professional boxing debut in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on December 28.

Judges, however, saw the bout differently. One judge gave it to Ngannou 95-94, another had it 96-93 to The “Gypsy King” and the deciding judge called it 95-94 to the champion.
