The bidding submission was made in December and it was also declared that the three bidders shortlisted will get the chance to join the final stage.
Grounds of selections
The final bids made by the three shortlisted bidders would need the details of the plans they have come with and their preferred location for setting up the bid.
For the shortlisting procedure, a few measures have been passed by the Local legislators and depending on those, the final bid will be selected. The measures include a setup of a regulator with the name ‘Cyprus Casino Gaming Commission, and must have 100 gaming tables for the least and 1000 gaming machines. For extra set up of tables and machines, approval from CGC must be acquired. Nothing has been declared or mentioned in the terms of the investment made by the bidders.
