Real Madrid played an away match to Las Palmas’ headquarters in the third week of La Liga 2024/2025, Thusrday (29/8/2024). In the duel at the Gran Canaria Stadium, both teams had to be satisfied with a 1-1 draw.
Carlo Ancelotti made several changes to the starting XI, compared to the match against Valladolid. Arda Guler and Rodrygo started the match by sitting on the bench. So did left-back Fran Garcia.
The hosts started the match very well. In the 5th minute, Alberto Moleiro made a neat move. He was able to break through Madrid’s defense. Alberto Moleiro then released a kick that made the score 1-0 for Las Palmas.
