Al-Hilal Offers Bernardo Silva with a Fantastic Salary

Al-Hilal Offers Bernardo Silva with a Fantastic Salary

Bernardo Silva was offered triple his Manchester City salary to join Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal, sources have told ESPN.

Bernardo Silva earns around £150,000 per week ($191,205) at the Etihad Stadium but he has been tempted to move to Saudi Arabia in a deal worth closer to £500,000 per week.

Silva is open to seeking new challenges this summer after six years at Manchester City.

As sources have told ESPN his preference is to stay in Europe but he has not ruled out joining Ruben Neves and Kalidou Koulibaly at Al Hilal.

Meanwhile, Al Nassr hasn’t yet, but if you see this club paying Cristiano Ronaldo with a fantastic salary, then it’s definitely no less than Al Hilal.

Meanwhile, Al Nassr is currently able to pay a salary of £245,000 per day for Cristiano Ronaldo.

For his new player from Chelsea, Hakim Ziyech, Al Nassr offers a salary of £184,000 per week.

Of course, with a player like Bernardo Silva who is a regular starter at the Etihad Stadium, he must be higher than Hakim Ziyech, although he will not be as fantastic as Cristiano Ronaldo.

Bernardo Silva has two years remaining on his contract and City will demand a significant fee before allowing him to leave, but that is not a problem for the Saudi Pro League side.

As sources have told ESPN, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona are also interested in signing Silva but have yet to confirm their interest with an official offer.

Sources also add that City are open to offering Silva a new contract but it will not match the salary proposed by Al Hilal.

According to sources, Al Hilal met again with Silva’s representatives last week.

Coach Pep Guardiola is a huge admirer of the Portugal international but sources have told ESPN the club will not stand in his way if he decides to leave and they accept an acceptable offer.

Meanwhile, sources have also told ESPN that former Manchester United forward Jesse Lingard will also make a move to the Saudi Pro League.

Lingard, who is currently without a club after leaving Nottingham Forest at the end of last season, has returned from the United States and is training in Manchester before deciding his next move.

Jesse Lingard who is currently 30 years old made 20 appearances for Forest last season and scored two goals.
