“The tennis players came to Belgrade and we played well and the atmosphere was pleasant. Everything in Serbia and Croatia is done with the government’s recommendation,” said Ivanisevic.
A number of videos showing Djokovic and other tennis players partying at the nightclub are circulating on social media, but Ivanisevic is talking about individual responsibilities.
“All right, you might not need it. But they are all individuals. No one can force anyone to come to a nightclub. Nobody forces anyone to dance. Nobody tells you to go onstage, open your shirt, and dance,” said Ivanisevic.
“And how did you know that someone was even infected at the party?”
This is currently question taking into account that even Ivanisevic is currently positive COVID-19.
