Cristiano Ronaldo Legitimately Becomes the Highest Paid Footballer in the World!

With Salary of 200 million euros per year, Cristiano Ronaldo is officially the highest-paid footballer in the world. Saturday (31/12/2022), Cristiano Ronaldo officially announced his new club after divorcing from Manchester United.

He has officially joined the wealthy club from Saudi Arabia, Al Nassr. This is known from Al Nassr’s official Instagram account, @alnassr_fc, Saturday (31/12/2022).

The proud club from Saudi Arabia stated that they were very proud to bring Cristiano Ronaldo to Arab soil. Because the presence of the megastar is a new history for Al Nassr.

“This is more than making history. This is a signing that will not only inspire our club to achieve even greater success,” Al Nassr’s official Instagram wrote, quoted Saturday (31/12/2022).

“Not only that, it will inspire our league, our nation and future generations, boys and girls to be the best versions of themselves. Welcome @cristiano to your new home @alnassr_fc,” the account added.

Previously, an expert on the European football transfer market, Fabrizio Romano, said that Cristiano Ronaldo had received a two-year contract. The former Real Madrid player also received a spectacular fee of around 200 million euros.

“Salaries will be close to 200 million euros per year, but commercial deals will also be included in the package,” wrote the Instagram account @fabriziorom.

The salary received by Cristiano Ronaldo practically makes him legitimate as the world’s highest paid footballer. Previously a Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) player, Kylian Mbappe was known to have a fantastic salary per year.

The 23-year-old player is paid 96 million euros at PSG. However, with the salary that Cristiano Ronaldo receives, Kylian Mbappe’s position will be eliminated.
