Didier Deschamps is not worry about Pogba’s situation at Manchester United

Manchester United have been poor so far, and the tension between Paul Pogba and his head coach Jose Mourinho has become the focus.

Pogba signed a five-year contract worth £ 350,000 a week, but has not been delivering the kind performances Mourinho and the Red Devils fans would hope for this season.

However, French head coach Didier Deschamps on Thursday said that he is not worried about the situation of his best midfielder at Old Trafford.

“I’m not worried at all and I’m not Jose Mourinho. I don’t want to interfere their affairs, everything is clear with Paul, you have to balance things out. When the players come to the French national team, the background is different.” Deshamps said.

Pogba was key player as French won the 2018 World Cup in Russia, scoring in the 4-2 defeat of Croatia in the final. He was selected for the French team’s big list, the new section.

Former Juventus midfielder will play a warm-up match with Iceland on October 11th, and then on October 16th, the French stadium will be held in the European national league with Germany.

Pogba’s days at United appear to be numbered with La Liga giants Barcelona primed to make a shock move for him in January.

According to reports, Barca are leading the chase for the midfielder with Paris Saint-Germain also understood to be monitoring his situation. It is unclear whether or not Pogba would consider a move away from United despite his relationship with Mourinho coming under strain in recent weeks.

Mourinho on the other hand, now hopes to get public support from the top of United. The report pointed out that former Chelsea head coach has been struggling for the support of Ed Woodward and United big boss Glazer family.

Ousmane Dembele, meanwhile, is included in French’s squad, but Deschamps has warned the Barcelona midfielder to stay focused at his current team in La Liga.

“Ousmane has had a good start to the season with Barca. He is decisive and scores a lot of goals, he has to gain in consistency.” Deschamps said.

“It’s up to him to be aware of all the demands of high level football, and I do not think he is fully aware of it.” Deschamps added.
