DreamLeague Season 12 Champion Alliance, Fata-: Loda Is Not Our Coach

DreamLeague Season 12 Champion Alliance, Fata-: Loda Is Not Our Coach

Alliance was rebuilt from the start when the TI9 roster shuffle and started the new season with the tournament trophies already in their pockets.

Five new Alliance players won the DreamLeague Season 12, after making a comeback and winning the game with a score of 3-2 over Demon Slayers. Fata- who switched roles to support 5 also gave his response when interviewed by VP Esports about his new team.

Hello Fata-, and thank you for taking the time to talk with us, even though today is very busy at DreamLeague Rotterdam. I want to start the question of how you decide to swap positions?

“This has been on my mind for a long time, the thing I wanted to try and when the roster shuffle happened I saw the situation and felt it was the right time to change positions. I got the idea and told some people, and they agreed. So I tried it and decided to make a team where I played 5th. “

In line with the process of making a team, why did you decide to choose the players. Forming a team with 33 I think it still makes sense because you guys had time to play together at NiP. But why Nikobaby? Do you know him since playing in the amateur team or is he someone you have observed since TI9?

“Actually, Neta watched Nikobaby longer than me. When he played in the amateur team, Neta played with Nikobaby and he knew better about this. I personally know him from TI9’s performance, where he played very well. He is able to play under pressure and of course that’s more points. And of course, we are looking for a player with a high spirit who is diligent in communicating. “

Limp and Handsken?

“These names are also included in the list of suggestions sent to me. I’m not really thinking about pulling him, but with the arrival of these two players they come in a package if they want to recruit him. I realized they would be very suitable, they also filled the positions we needed, they were both Swedish and had synergies that matched and knew each other.

They are also experienced players, so we have a balance of team relationships with the experience of young players. So naturally, I am grateful when they come to the team and are ready to give their best. ”

With you changing positions to support 5, I can see that you are both a team and an in-game leader. Does changing positions like this help open your perspective to see the match?

“I have often communicated and given command when playing in the mid lane, and I think doing it from position 5 will give a new perspective and give more space to give orders. I personally am a person who likes to pay attention to ward, and things that can drive the team’s decision afterwards. “

Speaking of Loda, he had helped the previous roster Alliance as a coach. Is he training you now, or do you work in things that have to do with training?

“He is not training us at the moment. The team’s decision is to start with no coach and see the results first. And maybe, we could just look for a coach in the future. “

From Rotterdam, you will immediately participate in ESL One Hamburg, a larger tournament in terms of participating teams. Is there a bigger target than that? Do you see DreamLeague Season 12 as a warm-up before facing a bigger challenge at ESL Hamburg?

“No, not really, we don’t have the pressure to compete in the event. We also want to prove to ourselves and see to what level our team is currently. We are also ready to give a great match against the opponents and see how far we can go. “
