Failed to win against Brighton, Liverpool’s victory crisis

Liverpool got unsatisfactory results at the start of the English Premier League competition this season.

How not, the club which last season was in second place and was runners-up in the Champions League, this season has only been able to swallow four draws in seven matches in the English Premier League.

Of course, this record shows that Jurgen Klopp’s squad is not in good condition.

Liverpool FC was only able to finish the match with a 3-3 score at home against Brighton & Hove Albion.

The match was the seventh match of the season in the English Premier League.

The match was held at Liverpool FC Anfield Stadium on Saturday (1/10).

Playing in front of around 53,394 spectators, Liverpool FC was held to a draw by Brighton.

These results make the Reds worse off.

For Jürgen Klopp it was already the fourth draw of the season with just two wins.

Quoted from the Bild page, currently, the Reds are only ninth in the standings.

In this match, Leandro Trossard, Brighton’s Belgian left winger, appeared extraordinary.

Trossard scored three goals against Allison on Saturday night.

Shortly after kick-off, the Reds conceded the first goal.

When the game had only been running for 4 minutes, Danny Welbeck played the ball perfectly with Leandro Trossard.

Then Trossard shot the ball into the corner of the net and scored. 1-0 to Brighton’s advantage.

Trossard scored again in the 17th minute after welcoming a pass from Solly March.

Score 2-0 Liverpool left at home.

Liverpool are just trying to get up and be able to reduce the lag.

In the 33rd minute, Mohamed Salah passed the ball to Firmino, who only needed to push the ball freely from seven meters away.

The score 2-1 lasted until halftime.

The Reds Had Turned Superior

In the second half, Luis Diaz came on to replace Fabio Carvalho.

Precisely in the 54th minute, Luis Diaz’s strategy of playing proved to be accurate.

Thiago Alcantara started the attack through a pass from Luis Diaz.

Thiago gave the ball to Firmino, who was able to finish perfectly, 2-2 Liverpool chasing down.

Liverpool then had a chance to take the lead during a corner kick scheme.

A wild ball that hits Brighton defender Adam Webster which leads to his own goal. Now Liverpool turned ahead with a score of 3-2.

Ahead of the final minutes of the match (83), Brighton winger Leandro Trossard again became the scourge of Alisson Becker.

Trossard scored a third goal for Brighton which was also the equalizer in this match.

For the sake of aiming for victory, Jurgen Klopp entered Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez, but his decision to include Nunez in the last minute seemed too late.

A hat-trick from the Belgian star made it 3-3.

This score lasted until the final whistle sounded, there was no magic goal that decided the winner in the last minute usually scored by the Reds.

This draw has further exacerbated the victory crisis experienced by Jurgen Klopp.

Now, The Anfield Gank squad are still languishing in 9th position with 10 points from 7 matches that have been played.
