Bologna put pressure on in the early minutes of the match. But entering the fourth minute Milan began to be able to control the situation.

Milan’s insistent attacks also produced no results. Ibrahimovic’s attempt to cross Ismail Bennacer in the 28th minute only ended up being a goal-kick.
Rossoneri only managed to change the score when the game entered the 35th minute. Theo Hernandez’s diagonal pass from the left was headed by Ibrahimovic into the net.
Milan did not create new chances after the goal, neither did Bologna, who were under pressure. As a result, the first half had to end with a score of 1-0 for the hosts’ advantage.
Only three minutes since the second half started, Milan had already received a penalty from the referee. Bennacer falls near Riccardo Orsolini. Initially the referee intended to give the Rossoneri a free kick.
But after seeing what happened through VAR, he changed his mind and gave Milan a penalty. Ibrahimovic, who was appointed as the executioner, succeeded in adding to Milan’s superiority and his goal coffers. 2-0.
Ibrahimovic came close to getting a hat-trick! In the 63rd minute, Milan counterattacked by Hakan Calhanoglu. He gave the ball to Ibrahimovic who stayed opposite the goalkeeper, but failed to score.
Another chance for AC Milan! Zlatan Ibrahimovic et al continue to make efforts to score goals. In the 76th minute, Theo Hernandez fired the first time from outside the penalty box using a wild ball. Unfortunately his shot was cleared by Lukasz Skorupski.
In the last 10 minutes of the match, Bologna played more aggressively. Sinisa Mihajlovic’s team seems to be trying to take advantage of Milan’s condition, which is now more likely to survive. Despite the occasional chance, Bologna did not score a goal.
No more goals are scored until the referee blows the long whistle to mark the end of the match. AC Milan managed to come out as winners with a score of 2-0.
