Reportedly going back to the Premier League, Leroy Sane opens his voice

Rumored to be returning to the Premier League, Bayern Munich striker Leroy Sane has opened his voice. Leroy Sane is reportedly interested in his former club, Manchester City, and Liverpool.

City and Liverpool are said to be paying attention to Sane. The two giant Premier League teams are not without reason interested in the German player.

The reason is, Sane has appeared cool and consistent while wearing the Bayern Munich uniform since being brought in from Man City in 2020. It could be said that the 27 year old player has always been a mainstay in The Bavarian squad.

Also this season, he has scored nine goals and seven assists in 18 appearances for Bayern Munich in all competitions. So it’s no surprise that Man City and Liverpool are interested in the former Schalke 04 player.

Even so, Sane responded calmly to the rumors by focusing on giving his best performance for Bayern Munich this season. Even Man City and Liverpool are indicated to be biting their fingers because The Bavarians are reportedly going to hold discussions regarding options for extending Sane’s contract.

“I haven’t thought about that (his future),” said Sane, reported by Metro, Sunday (19/11/2023).

“The club wants to have talks (regarding a new contract). And I just want to focus on this season with Bayern,” he continued.

Sane also emphasized that his priority is Bayern Munich. These words will clearly make the two giant teams from England bite their fingers if they are really interested in him.

“Bayern will always remain my priority, there is no doubt about that,” said Sane.

In fact, it is quite surprising that Man City and Liverpool are reportedly interested in bringing in Sane. Because these two teams have many options in their attack line.

Where, Man City has players who play as wingers such as Phil Foden, Jeremy Doku and Jack Grealish. Meanwhile, Liverpool has Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz and Diogo Jota.
