A lot of boxing fans are expecting a fight between WBC champion Deontay Wilder and WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.
Wilder once again remained unbeaten on Saturday night, knocking Dominic Breazeale in the first round. Joshua, meanwhile, he will defend his titles against Andy Ruiz in New York on June 1. The Briton had been scheduled to fight American Jarrell Miller but the New York State Athletic Commission refused to sanction the fight after Miller failed a drugs test.
And in this regard, Tyson Fury was quick to give his prediction on this eventual mega-fight in the heavyweight.
Speaking on ‘Behind The Gloves’ via Youtube, Fury said: “Only one guy can take control of the division and it’s me! But I really wish they could fight each other.”
Fury then went on a huge statement about who will win this fight: “I think Deontay Wilder is the guy who wants to fight,” Fury said.
“I’m a Brit so I have to admit I do not think Anthony Joshua’s team wants the fight. And I say that in all honesty because if they go in that direction, the fight will be done and then there will be an undisputed world champion.
“I really wish to see them compete against each other. But I have the impression that Joshua’s team does not want this fight.” Fury added.

The ‘Gypsy King’ did not stop there to denigrate AJ. Fury believed that Joshua’s team never wants the fight in the next future.
“He also did everything to avoid Luis Ortiz. The facts are facts. Until he does not face Wilder, I will always believe that the AJ team does not want this fight. Wilder proved to me that he’s a worthy fighter, but that’s not what I saw from Joshua,” Fury said.
In December, Fury and Wilder fought to a controversial draw in LA, which many felt should have been awarded to the British challenger.
