End Fasting Title in 2019, Alliance Successfully Wins Champion Dota Summit 10!

End Fasting Title in 2019, Alliance Successfully Wins Champion Dota Summit 10!

The waiting title awaited by the Alliance team during 2019 finally arrived, Yesterday (29/07) the team based in Sweden managed to win the Dota Summit 10 tournament defeating 5 other teams who also participated.

Carrying a unique concept by fighting the team in a house, the Dota Summit 10 itself was joined by 6 teams including Alliance, Complexity Gaming, J.Strom, Team Serenity, beastcoast and Gaming paiN.

Being the favorite team, the Alliance, which is commanded by iNSaNiA, played very well even after the group stage began. Evidently, Alliance managed to record 4 wins and 1 draw and without defeat!

This result also brought the team that was identical to the green color directly to the final upper bracket round and brought them together with paiN Gaming which was ranked second in the group.

Unfortunately, paiN Gaming played better in this round and managed to beat Alliance with a score of 1-2 and forced Alliance to go down to the lower bracket which then managed to defeat Team Serenity with a final score of 2-0 without reply.

Again facing paiN gaming at the grand final, Alliance are now playing very aggressively while being revenge for their previous defeat. Proven Alliance can even hit the average gaming resistance directly in 3 matches with a period of less than 40 minutes each game.

In the Best of 5 match, Alliance dominated the first three games. They didn’t give Pain Gaming a chance and a chance to come up with a strategy when Michael Vu (miCKe) looked very aggressive as a carry player.

During the three matches MiCKe only died twice and it was a positive boost for the team and was named the best player in the tournament.

“This was a good motivation for the team before we left for Shanghai to join the bigger competition, The International,” team leader Aydin Sarkohi (iNSaNiA) said in an interview after winning the final.

With this result Alliance managed to win the Dota Summit 10 and the following is the final achievement of the tournament and prize distribution:

Alliance – US $ 42,000
Gaming account – US $ 24,500
Team Serenity – US $ 11,750
compLexity Gaming – US $ 7,550
beastcoast – US $ 8,100
J.Storm – US $ 6,100

This victory seems to be sweet to the Alliance, besides being a positive provision for welcoming TI9, the Dota Summit 10 championship is also the final wait of their 2-year fasting title for a tournament with LAN status. The victory could be seen as a gaining momentum for them ahead of The International 9 championships in Shanghai in mid-August.
