Manchester United appeared neat to beat rivals Manchester City with a score of 2-1. The Red Devils played effectively in maximizing the opponent’s weaknesses and emerged as FA Cup champions.
Saturday 25 May 2024, the 2023/2024 FA Cup final duel will bring together Manchester City vs Manchester United at Wembley Stadium. The match was fierce, this time MU managed to avenge last season’s defeat with a 2-1 win.
Man City appeared dominant, but MU’s defense played very neatly. The Red Devils actually stole two goals first through the actions of Alejandro Garnacho (30′) and Kobbie Mainoo (39′).

In the 39th minute, this time MU really doubled their lead. A neat attack scheme, Garnacho from the right side returns the ball to the middle. Bruno then pushed it narrowly to Mainoo who was waiting at the far post to shoot. Goal! City 0-2 MU.
Two goals behind forced Man City to respond in the second half. Guardiola immediately made two substitutions. Doku and Akanji enter.

Man City’s attacks have not yet produced results. MU played very well to maintain their lead. Their defense is still very neat. 70 minutes of the match.
In the 87th minute, Man City reduced the gap. Receiving the ball on the left side, Doku stabbed into the middle and fired a low shot at the near post. Onana responded late. Goal! City 1-2 MU.
7 minutes of additional time was not enough for Man City. Score 2-1 for the Red Devils to win. Manchester United will win the 2023/2024 FA Cup.
